这是在口语当中用来形容一件事或一个人拥有相当强烈的力量或气势。
He is one hell of a fighter,he was diagnosed with three kinds of cancer but he still fought back.

这个句型可以用于各种情况，包括一个人或一件事物的特性等。

He's not only smart,but good-looking as well.

当我们要表达某事或某个状态相当明显，自己已经感知到时，就可以这么说。
