这是一个相当口语化的用法，用来形容某个东西便宜到令人难以相信的地步。

这个问句是用以询问他人一件事物有多好，当然也可以用来反问：有这么好吗？

Tom:Everywhere I see food stands that sell all kinds of intriguing foods. But I don't dare sit down at any of them because I'm not sure if they are sanitary.
