这里的line指“职业”、 “专业”。

sales “销售”、 “销售工作”。department “部门”、 “部”。

（我从1976年以来就一直在同一家公司上班。）

That’s a long time.
（真是有好长时间了。）

（我从1976年以来就一直受雇于那家公司。）

be employed “受雇”。

我干这一行已经有20年了。

这里的type指“种类”。

be involved in ... “参加到……”、 “从事……”。field除“ 田野”的意思外，还表示“领域” 。在这一行
干了有20年并不一定是在同一家公司。

I have 20 years of experience in this field.
（我干这一行已经有20年了。

be familiar with ... “熟悉……”。line “专业”。

experience “经验”。
