Let's talk a little bit about what to ask at the end of the interview. This is really important because it's the last final impression that you're leaving your interviewer with. There are certain things that you definitely want to make sure that they remember about you. So a good question to start off with is we’ve had just quite of comprehensive interview here, is there anything else that you need to know about me, that will help you make the hiring decision? That a really great question and it's timeless, it's been asked for years and years, and it probably will continue to be. It let's the interview go through their notes and see if there's any additional that maybe they do need about you an it gives you an extra opportunity to showcase your strength, passions, and talents, which is of course the number one way that you're going to nail the interview. Other very good questions to ask, if it is the hiring manager that you're interviewing with, how can I make your job be easier? What can I do to help you reach your goals? What's the biggest challenge that you have right now, that I would be able to help you with if I was selected for this position? A couple of other really good questions to ask, whether it's the corporate recruiter, the human resources staffing specialists, or the hiring manager, what does success look like within the first six months, in this position, in this company? How do you measure performance and success for a person in this position? And is there anything else that perhaps I can do to let you know how passionately I feel about his position? If it really is a true match, let them know that, it certain worst than leaving the interview and thinking, “Oh, I didn’t say something I wanted to say,” so let your passions and let your enthusiasm and let you confidence of how you are bale to help them come through. Very important to remember, it's all about them. You know what you can offer, but you want to make sure, they know what you could offer them and how you're going to help them.
