管理者需要读书,而且要读有助于自己提升的书籍。而对于新经理人而言,读书又成为其适应新岗位的不可或缺的学习途径。西方经管的理论、思想和研究成果一直以来是中国经理人热衷借鉴和学习的东西,虽然它们很多没有针对中国问题,但是依然是我们获取世界前沿思想的一种有效途径。以下就是美国经理人在其管理的初级时期必读的书单,可以供我国新经理人引为参考。这些书中有些在中国已经出版过,有些还没有出版:
